Olympus Sandton
Olympus Sandton is a major high-rise, mixed-use development by Growthpoint Properties and Tricolt in the Sandton Summit precinct. The 81,200 m² development comprises two sculptural towers, Athena and Apollo, rising 24 and 20 storeys respectively. Construction includes substantial reinforced concrete works, with around 28,000 m³ of concrete planned for the project. Barrow Construction is confirmed as the main contractor.
The development will accommodate 527 luxury apartments together with a boutique hotel, Marble restaurant and sky bar, retail space, landscaped sky gardens and resort-style leisure facilities. Both towers are being constructed simultaneously, with completion currently expected in early 2028.
