Teraco JB5 Data Centre

The TERACO JB5 Data Centre is a purpose-built hyperscale facility designed to meet the demanding structural, mechanical and electrical requirements of modern digital infrastructure. The building features a robust reinforced concrete and structural steel construction, engineered to support high floor loadings, extensive plant equipment and mission-critical operations.

The facility incorporates expansive, column-efficient data halls, dedicated plant rooms, electrical substations, standby generator compounds and secure loading and logistics areas. A resilient building envelope, high-performance roofing systems and carefully controlled internal environments contribute to the operational reliability required for continuous 24/7 operation.
